It gives us great pleasure to welcome you to the new Canal Fitness website! Canal fitness is now open to the public and offers all of the services of a standard gym. This includes weight and cardio equipment, a multi-purpose/aerobics room and either personal or group training. Canal fitness is located in the Complexe Dompark, which houses over 100 small and medium sized businesses and is built by the same team that developed the 1000+ member 22Dragons dragon boat club across the street on the Lachine Canal. All of this has made Canal fitness a very unique place where the environment can best be described as professional, relaxed and un-intimidating. The Canal Fitness ownership and staff wants each of its members to feel welcome and will do everything possible to encourage, educate and assist them in their quest to meet their goals. The circuit training included in the membership is a very good option when motivation goes down. The group dynamic helps to make it all fun!
Each book block is 40 minutes. No limitation during off-peak hours. PEAK HOURS: Between 6:00 ET 7:20 & 5:20 p.m. ET Monday through Friday 20h PEAK HOUR: 1 block of 40 minutes per member per week. Guests booking more than one block in peak hours will lose all bookings made.
Wednesday 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. Sunday 11:30 to 1:00 p.m.
Circuit trainings are included in the regular membership fee. No reservation required! Circuits are designed and overseen by a certified personal trainer. The dynamic exercises are constantly changing to keep the participants challenged. This class is open to people of all fitness levels. The trainer will help beginners with basic movements while pushing the more experienced participant. Monday & Wednesday - 7am Wednesday & Friday - 12h15pm
