Mondays to Fridays: 6:30am to 9:30

Saturdays: 9am to 5pm

Sundays: 9am to 1pm 

Winter Schedule (October to April)

Mondays to Thursdays: 6am to 10pm

Fridays: 6am to 9h30pm

Saturdays and Sundays: 8am to 5pm

ERGS RESERVATIONS

* Click on the link PADDLING ERG to book a paddling erg at Canal Fitness.

 

RULES :

  • 40-minute session.
  • No limit when reserving outside of peak hours.
  • PEAK HOURS: Between 6h00 am to 7h20am & 5h20pm to 8pm.
  • PEAK HOURS: One 40-minute session per member per week.
  • Reservations without a name will be automatically cancelled. Please follow the instructions below
  • People having more than one session in peak hours will lose all of the concerned bookings.

 

HOW TO BOOK:

  • Go to: 22d-canal.youcanbook.me
  • Click on the session you want to book.
  • Verify the details of your servation and complete the info with your name and email address (+ 5 letters under to confirm). Click on "confirm booking".
  • Then, you will have a confirmation screen informing you the reservation has been received and you will receive an email.
  • You will receive an email to confirm your booking.

HOW TO CANCEL A RESERVATION:

  • Click on the link at the botton of the confirmation email. You will be redirected to a web page asking you to confirm your cancellation.
  • **You have to cancel AT LEAST 12 horus before the reservation.**
