Mondays to Fridays: 6:30am to 9:30

Saturdays: 9am to 5pm

Sundays: 9am to 1pm 

Winter Schedule (October to April)

Mondays to Thursdays: 6am to 10pm

Fridays: 6am to 9h30pm

Saturdays and Sundays: 8am to 5pm

ERGS RESERVATIONS

* Click on the link PADDLING ERG to book a paddling erg at Canal Fitness.

 

RULES :

Ê 40-minute session.

Ê No limit when reserving outside of peak hours.

Ê PEAK HOURS: Between 6h00 am to 7h20am & 5h20pm to 8pm.

Ê PEAK HOURS: One 40-minute session per member per week.

Ê Reservations without a name will be automatically cancelled. Please follow the instructions below

Ê People having more than one session in peak hours will lose all of the concerned bookings.

 

HOW TO BOOK:

Ê Connect to your Google Account.

Ê Enter the address according to the Erg you want to book.

ª Paddling Erg : goo.gl/YCfkg

Ê Click on the session your want to book.

Ê Make sure you chose the right day and right hour, that your name is written between parenthesis, and click on « Save ».

HOW TO CANCEL A RESERVATION:

Ê Go in your personal Calendar and find the reservation your want to cancel.

Ê Click on it, and click on « Cancel this meeting/appointment ».

Ê Then click on « Delete and notice the guests ».

N.B. PEAK HOURS: you have to cancel 24 hours BEFORE the scheduled reservation to have access to another 30-minute session.
